Rizwan, Jamal carry Pakistan to series lead in 5th T20I

Debutant Aamer Jamal bowled two crucial overs as Pakistan comfortably defeated England in the 5th T20I of the 7-match series to take a series lead of 3-2 with two more matches to go!

Toss Update: England won the toss and opted to field first.

After being sent into bat first, Pakistan scored 145 on the board losing 10 wickets in 19 overs. Mohammad Rizwan, once again, scored a half-century (63 off 46) to help his team get to a competitive total on the board! The second-best score in Pakistan's innings was 15 by Ifthikar Ahmed and that speaks a lot of Rizwan's innings!

Mark Wood was the pick of England bowlers with 3 wickets while Sam Curran and David Willey accounted for 2 wickets each! At the halfway mark, England were favorites to win this match but the second half of the match held a twist for the Visiting side!

England, chasing 146 runs to win, managed to score 139 losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. Moeen Ali top-scored for them with an unbeaten 51* as England lost the game by 6 runs! Moeen's effort might be a top one he started very slow scoring just 11 runs from the first 16 deliveries he faced! By the time, he decided to increase his strike rate it all went out of reach for the English team!
